Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a store credit (excluding original shipping costs). Store credits never expire.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in 100% original condition, meaning they are:

Unworn, unwashed and un-perfumed
Free from marks or stains (including makeup, fake tan, dog hair, etc.)
With all original tags attached
Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer.

 

SALE ITEMS

No refunds on sale items.
If an exchange is requested during a sale and the replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.
Return conditions must be met.
We cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item sent back to you.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Approved returns will be issued as:

A store credit (digital gift card with no expiry), or
An exchange, where applicable.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved faulty returns may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear once approved.

This policy is in line with Australian Consumer Law and does not affect your statutory rights.
